PayGate (operated by Egead Company) provides enterprise international payment rail infrastructure. When you submit an underwriting form, email our desk, or interact with our portal, we process personal and corporate data strictly to underwrite files, establish contracts, and route payment operations — never to sell lists or broker marketing databases.
1. Data We Collect
We collect corporate and contact information submitted directly by you, including: authorized contact name, registered corporate entity, commercial email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, target operating region, payment rail of interest, estimated monthly GMV processing volume, storefront URLs, and message specifications. Technical server logs (IP address, user agent) are recorded for security and rate-limiting.
2. Purpose of Processing
- Review merchant category codes (MCC) and underwrite corporate eligibility.
- Structure custom fee covenants, processing volume caps, and reserve schedules.
- Deploy API endpoints, webhooks, and hosted checkout sheets.
- Combat transaction fraud, unauthorized card usage, and chargeback abuse.
- Disburse scheduled settlement reports and operational desk notices.
3. Third-Party Sharing
Data is shared exclusively with our primary infrastructure partners (Stripe Inc., PayPal Holdings, Airwallex Ltd.) and licensed banking clearinghouses to the extent necessary to provision merchant accounts and execute wire disbursements. We comply with lawful court orders and regulatory investigations. We do not sell data to third-party advertisers or data aggregators.
4. Retention & User Rights
Underwriting submissions and contractual documents are retained for the duration of the commercial agreement plus applicable statutory financial recordkeeping periods.
