Master Service Terms

Terms of Use

Updated September 2026 · This portal provides informational overview. Commercial operations require an executed agreement.

The website paygate.egeadcompany.com describes rented international payment infrastructure operated by Egead Company. Transmitting an inquiry, contact form, or merchant file does not constitute a binding merchant acquiring contract. Service commences solely upon formal written execution of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) following satisfactory underwriting clearance.

1. Scope of Services

Subject to underwriting approval, PayGate provides authorized merchants with operational access to pre-provisioned Stripe, PayPal, and/or Airwallex merchant rail infrastructure, technical checkout API connectivity, and scheduled payout disbursements. We maintain absolute discretion to reject applications from prohibited or unserviceable Merchant Category Codes (MCC).

2. Institutional Boundaries (Not a Bank)

PayGate is a financial technology operations management firm, not a licensed banking or depository institution. Customer cardholder funds flow strictly through regulated partner rails (Stripe Inc., PayPal, Airwallex). Rolling reserves, risk holds, and refund deductions are administered according to partner network rules and your signed service covenant.

3. Commercial Fees & Caps

Onboarding integration fees, Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) revenue splits, and wire clearing costs are specified within the contract schedule. Onboarding timeframes, rail uptimes, and historical metrics displayed on this site represent typical operational records and do not guarantee identical terms for high-risk or novel MCC categories.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Marks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (including Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, Visa, Mastercard) remain the proprietary property of their respective owners. PayGate makes no claim of exclusive sponsorship or joint venture beyond standard developer and partner platform agreements.

5. Direct Inquiries

Questions regarding service terms, merchant compliance, or dispute arbitration should be directed to: [email protected].
